Your questions answered

  • I offer a complimentary 30-minute call when you can ask questions and determine if we are a good match. Email me with a short statement about what you’re looking for, and I will contact you to set up a time for our call.

  • Depending on your goals, there are several options to choose from.

    • One 90-minute session.

With the option of a written summary (assessment and recommendations)

This extended session is for people who are looking for guidance and direction around specific circumstances but are not looking for an ongoing therapeutic relationship.

    • Regularly scheduled 60 minute sessions

    • 10 session commitment, at a discount, paid in advance

Payment options: credit card, PayPal, direct deposit, Zelle or check

    • If the agreement is terminated prematurely, there is a refund for any remaining sessions

    • Please inquire if you have special financial circumstances.

  • I recommend that we meet weekly in the beginning to build a solid relationship. Biweekly sessions are then an option.

  • I ask that you give 48 hours notice to cancel and reschedule a session. There is a $75 fee for No Shows. There is no fee if you cancel due to an emergency.

  • At this point in time, I work with people by phone or Zoom. In the future I will consider seeing people in person depending on the status of COVID risk.

  • Though I am no longer practicing primary care medicine, I am available to review your medical records, explain medical options, prepare you for meeting with your doctors and suggest health-enhancing strategies which complement your conventional medical care.

  • Unfortunately, health insurance companies will not cover this type of healthcare. I accept payment through PayPal, credit card and check.

  • I recommend that you answer a few questions in writing in advance. This often is helpful in clarifying the issues you want to work on. It also gives me background information so we can make the most of our time together.

*Disclaimer: I am no longer practicing Primary Care Medicine. I do not perform physical exams, diagnostic testing, diagnosis or treatment of disease. I encourage you to have a PCP to diagnose and treat any symptoms or conditions you may have.

“Susan and I have worked together for several years. I’ve experienced her coaching firsthand and often referred clients whom I think will benefit from her broad background and knowledge. Susan is deeply intuitive, compassionate and caring. The experience and mastery she brings to her practice is rarely seen in a coach. I’m deeply grateful that Susan chooses to share her gifts with the world.”
